- No signs shall be permitted in any district except in accordance with the provisions of this Chapter, except for lawful non-conforming signs.
- Signs placed in the public right-of-way or on publicly owned land that are not in compliance with the regulations of this Chapter are subject to removal by the City without notice or compensation.
- Signs placed on private property that are not in compliance with the regulations of this Chapter shall be removed by the property owner or agent without notice or compensation.
- Any sign not in compliance with the regulations of this Chapter is subject to penalty provisions applicable to the person, business, or property owner involved.
