A device may not be illuminated in such a manner as to interfere with or obscure indoor signs that are visible from public streets.

  • A sign may not be erected, placed or maintained on rocks, fences, or trees.
  • A sign that interferes with any electric light, power, telephone wires or the supports thereof is prohibited.
