- No sign or structure supporting the same shall be attached to natural objects, trees, stumps, fences, fence posts, utility poles or towers or other signs but shall be freestanding or affixed or attached to buildings or structures or placed upon or supported by the ground independent of any other structure in an approved manner.
- No sign shall be located within five feet of any property line.
- No freestanding sign or sign affixed or attached to a building shall be higher at any point than the roofline of said building or 25 feet, whichever is less.
