- No person shall expose, distribute or place any sign, advertisement, circular, notice or statement or display any banner or emblem or design in any park grounds or other public lands.

- No sign shall be erected or maintained in such a manner as to be, or purport to be, an imitation of a reasonable and official traffic control device or railroad graphic or signal or which attempts to direct the movement of traffic, or which hides from view or interferes with the effectiveness of any official traffic control devices or any railroad signs or signals, nor flashing or motion producing devices.

- No person, firm, corporation, or college/university shall place on or suspend from any building or other structure or on the real estate any advertising object or structure other than a sign as defined, regulated and prescribed by this chapter. - Such sign shall be approved by both the Architectural Review Board and the Planning Commission prior to the building permit being issued.
