  • It shall be unlawful to erect, maintain, or allow to remain any sign except as allowed by this division.
  • It shall be unlawful to erect, maintain, or allow to remain signs located on public right-of-way or within the visibility triangle at all intersections, except signs allowed by specific exceptions.

Sign Plan & Submission Notes for Killeen
