  • Any sign that simulates an official traffic sign or signal, and which contains the words 'STOP,' 'GO,' 'SLOW,' 'CAUTION,' 'DANGER,' 'WARNING' or similar words.
  • Any sign or portion thereof that rotates, or otherwise moves through the use of electrical or wind power. This prohibition does not include time, temperature and date signs and traditional barber poles.
  • Signs advertising activities or products that are illegal under federal, state or county/town law.
  • Any sign that obstructs any building, door, window or other means of ingress and egress, or interferes with an opening required for ventilation.
