Any such sign shall be more than 4 ft. higher than the sidewalk and shall not impede pedestrian traffic. Such signs may only be displayed during business hours of that establishment and shall be restricted to the sidewalk which is adjacent to that establishment.
  • Contractor signs – Temporary construction signs identifying the contractor engaged in construction on the premises. Such signs are permitted only during the period of construction.
  • Home Occupation signs – Signs for home occupations shall not exceed 5 sq. ft. in area, shall be affixed to the building in which the home occupation is performed and shall not protrude more than 6 in. from the surface of the building upon which it is affixed.
