Prohibited Signs in Palm Beach Shores

  • No permanent signs or any part thereof shall obstruct a neighboring property's line of vision drawn at an angle of 45 degrees through the corners of the building limits of the lot on which the sign is located.
  • No portion of any permanent sign shall be closer than, or overhang a point 12 inches inside, the front or side property line of the lot upon which the sign is located.
