Such sign shall not exceed 24 square feet in area, and shall be set back at least 10 feet from all property lines. All such signs shall be removed within three days after the sale, lease or rental of the premises or property.
  • Holiday decorations, including lighting, are exempt from the provisions of this chapter and may be displayed in any district without a permit.
