  • It is unlawful for any person to place, stick, tack, paste, post, paint, mark, write or print any sign, poster, picture, announcement, advertisement, bill, placard, device or inscription upon any public or private property of another, without the consent of the owner or person in charge.
  • No sign or portion thereof shall be permitted in the right of way of any street or area designated in the major street and highway plan as a future street under any circumstances except authorized traffic signals, signs, or devices.
  • No sign shall be located in such a manner as to obstruct, obscure, or interfere with any traffic signal or public warning sign.
  • Signs are prohibited to be located so as to prevent any motorist from obtaining a clear view of approaching vehicles for a distance of five hundred feet (500') along a public right of way.
