  • Digital display signs must not consist of a static image projected on a stationary object.
  • Digital display signs must not be mobile signs located on a truck or trailer.
  • Digital display signs must not complete a color changing cycle in less than eight seconds if the sign includes a variable color changing component.
  • No sign, regardless of type or purpose, shall encroach upon any legal setback or easement.
  • No sign shall be changed in any manner that increases its noncompliance with chapter 34.
