- Variances relating to the size, height, location, illumination, number, and type of signs may be granted by the Board of Adjustment, as long as they do not violate the stated purposes of the Article.
- A sign permit is required for banner, feather banners, permanent building signs, permanent freestanding signs, any other illuminated sign, and temporary signs as allowed in Subsection 16-12-70(d), except as specifically exempted.
